im jus getting into chip burning been playing with it on and off for few months a buddy is trying to teach me but hes not to good yet but heres our problem if we steo on the gas fast it stumbles and cuts out before otll take of after the stumble and it takes off it all seems to be fine it also does it when i try to power break it weve upped the pump shot but i dont think thats it cause now it blows black smoke during power braking but still stumbles if im cruizeing and give it gas gradually its fine but as soon as i gag it it stumbles its the worst while cold and gets a little better after warm up ive got a 383 with the 7730 ecm ive got some of it recorded with craig moates software if anyone has time to look at it ill email it to you id be soooo grateful thanks Ron

 

Might go to the DIY-EFI.ORG FTP and get a copy of Tuning Tips, and read thru that.

Searching for AE and PE here, will give you some interesting reading material. Alot of good stuff is archived, and is more then what one new thread will generate.

 

For the 7730 you may want to try playing with the TPS vs AE table,maybe raise the values about 5%
Or lower the delta map vs. ae,<probably this one first.
