Unknown ports for programming ? Factory?

Hey guys I have a connector and a plug in port that I found during my GTA resto. I assume these are not factory? But would like to know what they went to and what factory settings the PO could have messed up ? Thanks

The first is on the floor to the right of the console. It looks like a ethernet port? The wire is actually cut so I have no idea what it could have been?

The second almost looks like a old printer type cable that was routed to the trunk lock box. Any ideas? Thanks guys!
