Nitrous

Does nitrous affect the ecm in any way. What would have to be changed if so?

In wide open throttle the system goes into "open loop", which means that the ecm doesn't use the O2 sensor to correct the Air Fuel ratio. Most of the EFI systems have a throttle activated switch that onlyt turns on the nitrous at WOT. You shouldn't have any problems.

Thanks for the reply. I had read the same thing on some web pages. Just trying to get some second opinions. What other things do i need to know or need? Am I better off getting a kit or put something together myself. Ive read that I could utilize the cold start port on the fuel rail for fuel mixture with the Nitrous.
