Detuning Injectors?
Lets say our car is a stock 91 SD 305 TPI and i burn my own proms. Lets pretend i just found a set of 24# injectors on ebay for $75. Can i install the 24# injectors and detune the injectors so they dont flow so much until i can upgrade my motor?

Yes, you can "detune" the injectors. All that you have to do is change the injector constant in your chip. You'll want to do that with or without the engine upgrade.

Let's pretend you have a chip burner.
Let's say you have tuning software like Tunercat or whatever.
Let's imagine you punch in the actual flow rate of the theoretical injectors you have just found.
Let's dream that you burned that to a chip.
Let's fantasize that you installed that chip into your ECM...
Theoretically, it should run just fine.
