Maximum spark allowed constant?

Just noticed something that struck me as a bit strange. I was looking at the 8746 ecu with the ANLU bin and I noticed something that I don't think is right. The "Maximum spark allowed" constant (location $14) has a value of 00. Is that right? To me, that is telling the computer that the max spark advance allowed is a big fat ZERO. Wouldn't that pretty much disable the spark tables when the engine is running? Would the engine even run at all with a zero there?

Max & min SA are double byte values. Use locations $14 & $15 together for the max SA .
