Code on top of chip???
On top of my PROM (2732A) there is a code that reads "ATCP 3693"...what is this? Is it the BIN that was originally loaded at the factory? I haven't managed to run across this one in any of my searches. Any ideas?

Those two alphanumberics are the BCC and Prom ID, the ATCP is the broadcast code, which gives you the application for the prom. The 3693 is the PROM ID, the serial number the factory uses to track that particular part.
ATCP works out to be a 1990 caprice L05,automatic prom image originally, used in an '8746 ecm.
