Ive been looking into burning chips for some time, but I have always held up because of lack of knowledge/experience. I fear that if I dont jump in head first I wont do it at all(that equals carbs in my future). I found this in the classified and wanted to check to make sure its all I need and if its a fair price, it was just posted today, so I would like to jump on it if its a good deal..

Edit: I have a laptop (P3 800mhz w/ XP) already too, excuse my lack of knowledge but is there a cord listed there(possibly the adaptor)? Are these chips reburnable?
