more airflow for maf

more airflow for maf

i just want to relay what i was useing last year on my setup i had a extra pipe slice into the intact track right after the maf to get more air in to the motor and it really picked up the hp probally picked up 80 hp from that restricted maf

Any proof of that? It's not smart to lie to the computer and give the engine more air than it knows about....

I highly doubt you'd pick up 80HP or anything for that matter because you'd be running really lean and may possibly do damage to your engine....

Probably coulda picked up 83 HP with a bigger pipe. Maybe more with a chip.
