Owned by integrator........

I've been messing around with my AXXD chip by using the SAUJP bin changes that traxion posted awhile back. I am using the fuel and timing curves from an AXCN bin.

Car runs and drives great. BLM's are in the 120's, WB shows 14.X majority of the time

What is kicking me in the nuts is the integrator. I've seen it as low as 96 at idle.... my short and long term counts are always the same. I am using a heated O2, but get the same readings if I switch back to the narrow band output of my WB controller......

so I'm guessing my tune is really far off. Idle is rough, even with the closed throttle spark table zeroed out and a different table zeroed out.... think its the idle vs coolant temp spark advance

Mechanically the car is solid, and the plugs are clean

Another note, car idles in Cell 8 for whatever reason, even with the CCP and EGR disabled per the SAUJP bin

I'm tired and probably missing the obvious, but figured I'd throw it out here. So berate and suggest at will

I also am running vortec heads, no knock counts without the egr hooked up....

I can't even list my stuff in a decent order.....

You 0'd out the closed throttle spark timing table?.
Try setting the 600-3600 area with 20d, and then the 400 with 10d. Worry about the High RPM stuff later, just anything in there other then 0.

BTW, some codes don't like 0's in the spark tables.

Thanks Grumpy

I'm giving that a shot today

plus I noticed my desired rpm settings were a tad lower than the car likes to idle

its always the little things that are overlooked

Well I just reread that after making some changes and it still did the same thing

so I just made the whole table 20* from 800 up

maybe now it will behave???

Always pays to read, reread and then read advice again

thanks again Grumpy
