Can't burn 27SF512 chip, what gives?

Ok, my 1992 corvette is driving me crazy. Its a 383 with 11:1 compressions. I just went from the hotcam (it made 380 RWHP) to a bigger cam (.565/.576, 232/242, 114). I am going crazy with the tune.

I bought a tune from PCMforless.com. Sent the guy some datamaster logs, turns out my ECM was pullin 16 (!) degrees of timing because of spark knock. He sent me a new BIN file via E-mail with a less agressive timing curve. I bought a BURN1 from Moates.net so i could burn chips here at my house without having to wait for the 10 day turn around from PCMforless.

Anyway, I CAN NOT make this BURN1 thing work right. I am using tunerpro RT to burn/erase chips. I have a 27SF512 chip. When i try to erase the chip, it says erase completed successfully. If I try to verify the blank chip, Tunerpro says the chip is NOT blank. If I try to burn my new tune it says burn completed successfully. When I try to verify the new BIN file v.s. what's in the buffer, it says they are different.

What the HELL do I need to do?! Please help.

TunerPro RT is setup to work with an AutoProm to burn chips and the AutoProm doesn't support 27SF512 chips to my knowledge.

I would e-mail Craig and see if he can help you. He was excellent at helping me with my serial AutoProm.

Maybe I am mistaken, but I just looked at my AutoProm and TunerPro RT and it seems to me that they both support the 27SF512 chips.
