I got a noid light and it acts exactly like the injectors do. So I guess the injectors are fine.

Im going to have to start looking at the pinouts on the ecm to see what else it needs in order to crank.

A, no that means the ecm is trying to fire the injectors, the injectors themselves can malfunction, ie stick closed.

B, we're you running it with the TBI ecm controlling the ignition?.

Do you see a shot of fuel being discharged from the injectors, when you first crank it?. If you see the noid flash at that same moment, but no fuel then in fact you do have an injector problem.

Has the car ever run with the injectors, and .bin you're using?.

If you have spark, and the injectors pulse fuel, then you might try a small shot of starting fluid. That would tell you the cranking AFR is too lean.
