What am I doing wrong here?

Okay, I did some datalogging last night and did some fuel trimming. I saved the new BIN and burned it to the chip (29C256). I ran the engine and got crap for idle. I read the chip and the VE is WAY off from what I programmed into it. I programmed it by hand and got about 10% of what I put in the cells. For example...I know for a fact that I put 32.89 in one cell and the BIN I read tonight says I put 3.98 in that cell.
What gives? I had the idle all nice and smooth now it sucks.
Help!!!
