Closed TPS SA

Who cans it and who keeps it and why?

Seriously thinking about deactivating the Closed TPS SA and making my car work only thru the main and extended MSA.

Anyone here done this on a 730 App yet.....

Hate running itot timing changes at idle anmd timing fixes in overrun that either slightly lean my car out or slightly richen it up.

They all lead back to the closed TPS SA anytime the throttle is closed its saying hello :-)

Will be playing with this first thing after this coming weekend so i can hopefully get my exhaust leaks fixed

later
Jeremy

I would try dissabling it if you're idle is at least 2 columns (or rows, depends on your software) away from where the engine idles. Use those columns for the decel SA. From looking at the Lt1 main timing table it looks like they lowered the timing in the high vacuum area's of decel, I wonder how that ecm works .
