Hex Editor Suggestions

Right now I am using a brute force Hex editor, I can only edit every address one at a time. I would like to be able to grab a bunch of addresses and slide them up or down, using something like a cut and paste. I would like to cut from one Hex file to another. Right now I have to do it manually. What is a good editor?

Hex Workshop is very good. Have to pay $50 for it, though.

The hex editor I just released in TunerPro 3.07 has all the features you describe (including dragging a selection and dropping it elsewhere).

Is that a new version? I have 3.06, I think. That sounds excellent, I will check it out.
