When I see a clipped off connector, I just hit ignore. There are just so many games being played with keying sensors to equipment so that you're locked into buying the sensors at inflated prices. With BS3 now playing they game along with FAST, no telling where the games are headed.

Other then the snow fiasco, my Innovative has been dead stone reliable. It's also seems to be accurate in every car tested. From 87 to Race Gas.

Grumpy,
Snow? Is the display a little jumpy?
I've noticed a jumpy screwy disply on the Innovates if there is an A/C adapter plugged in somewhere on the car.

I strolled through the items they have for O2 analysis. Quite a few devices at that. One thing I found peculiar is that the web site is relatively new (copyright 2003).

And so many different models.

I did notice that the units using the NTK sensor were not only rated to a higher accuracy, they were also rated to a greater AFR range. Cool. . .

I didn't find prices, did I miss that? (I may have). Price has a lot to do with it. (If I missed it please let me know, thanks).

Funny thing is, do a web search for a NTK WB unit. I have yet to find anything. Yet they are the first. Yep, first to create the sensor, and the first to develop a box, yet no web presence at all. . .

RBob.

Snow as in the white stuff that falls from the heavens

I got some snow and road salt in the first sensor's connector. It really ate things up.

I've not had any Inverter problems, that I can remember.

Ahhahahahahehehee!!!!!
My bad. And I've only been away from the snow for 2 years.

On topic again: We did have one of our WB sensors go bad a few weeks ago, but we beat the tar out of that thing. It was in and out of cars (probably 50 times or more), in tailpipes (and blown out of them on a few occasions). And the best part of all: One of our guys went down to a parts store or dealer (I forget where exactly) and picked up a new one with the same connector even, for 29 bucks I think.

Walt Sherwin told me a little about this sensor several months ago, but just recently went looking for it.

I also was unable to find prices........
