well, I got it going now
I had just switched over to the 730 ecm to see how well it would run first. It ran very well so I decided I would through in the 749 ecm but, when I pulled out the connectors I found a pin was all black and discolored so I poped it open and verifed my concern (one of the pins burned right out of the connector? Glad it was given to me for free!) so I figured what the heck I will just use the 730 ecm with the $58b code. I was a little unsure of the wiring for the IAC but used the original pinning from Clint Buckalew and it fired right up and ran fine (no test drive yet though) just wanted to say put one more up there for the IAC wiring and I was using the BBZA bin.

I was using the 165 to 730 adapter like the above post. https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=174742
then after I made sure it ran with that I repinned it like this..https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/t...nversion.shtml
I just switched the inj. size, fuel cutoff, fuel resume, cyl. to 0=8
it started right up with no problems other than running rich. I also had to double check everything because the $58b likes to change things from the $58 like I mentioned above.
