Initial changes from stock to ZZ4 in 305

I have rebuilt the top of my 305 with some new parts and I really dont know where to start with changes to the bin. I am a noob at this but I have been reading as much of this board as I can over the last 6 months. I also bought Craig's Autoprom. I will fire it up soon but I wanted to get started asking questions before I get too far ahead of myself.

ok -- I am going from stock everything on my 88 TPI ($32b) to the following.

Major porting on my 081 heads with undercut 1.94 and 1.5 valves. I went with a ZZ4 cam and 1.6 roller rockers and the valvetrain to handle. I think this is the most major change that will have to be adressed in the code because the duration and lift went WAY up from the peanut stick.

Gasket matched everything including the SLP runners I ported (bad castings -- took me forever). The car is an auto with the S-10 converter and 3.23s. I also got new 1 3/4 SLP headers, Wells MAF, holley 52 TB and the stock 19lb injectors flow matched by Cruzinperfomance. I have a BBK AFPR and a 255 walbro as well so that the 19 lb'ers dont get saturated.

I would like to work with the 32b if possible because I like how everything worked on the stock setup. But I dont suppose going to the 6E would be too much of a challenge if it would help alot.

What changes should I start out with?
