Knock

Is there a way to tell between real and fake? I'm getting knock anytime over 3,000 RPM On the highway and in 4th and I give it gas (not enough to downshift) I see my knock counts go from 4, 7, 9, 12, 13, 4, 3, 6, 2, 8, 1 until I let off. Also If I i downshift from 4th to 3rd on the highway I get "wham" 16-23 counts then 13,9,9,9,9,9,9,9, and around there, until I let off. Car feels very strong for getting all the knock though. I'm confused. KS is torque right and I also have teflon tape wrapped around it also. BLM's are 123-132 except 118 at idle. O2's are .000-.940

383, TF, 219, SR, LS1 Injectors.

Back the timing off 8, 10 degrees or so and see if the majority of the knock goes away.
