BLM'S through the roof

OK its a newbie question. I have a 165 ecm and tuning the$32b stock bin. I'm using the tunercat software and a romulator. The issue I'm running into is the blm is sky rocketing to 160. Now if I'm correct that means the car is lean and ecm is trying to richen it up (please correct me if I'm wrong). The funky thing is it smells awfully rich. It will make your eyes burn. Also my o2 is showing 0 volts when car is running. Now if I gas it a little the voltage will come up to about .100 volts. I guess what my question is what should the voltage be reading at when obtaining 14.7 afr? I'm thinking I might possible have a bad o2. Another question is what should my tps voltage be set at when car is at idle? I'm tring to make sure everything with my sensors are set properley and functioning well before I even attemp to tune the ecm. I would appretiate some help. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Yup, replace that o2. 160 is the max BTW but your rich because the o2 should be giving it ATLEAST .500volts...

TPS should be .54 but up to .57 is ok...

Thanks for the help. I'm going to replace the o2 and also double check for exhaust leaks and hopefully figure this beast out.

Just an FYI, an o2 will always fail lean, which in turn commands rich.

So like 92GTA said, replace that o2
