hi guys i have an '87 gta with a 350, i'm running a holley stealth ram, and lt4 hot cam, 10:1 compression, and 041 casting heads, anyways i'm having problem with the car running, it'll run but it doesnt want to idle smooth, it feels lik if it has a miss, and i cant get the timing right, i tried everything, i tried advancing it, retarding it, nothing seems to work, also it kind of boggs off the line. some one please help me, do i need a chip, do i need anything special, some one help me.



oh yea also i think my knock sencor is broken will this also cause the problems i'm having?

 

use the search function on the board here, in maybe tpi forum as well, using 'hsr', 'maf', and 'lean pop', I remember someone posting what they did to cure their issues, which sound similar, with a similar combination also, I just don't remember who it was. they may also chime in here too........
