$58 BPW calc?

Engine: Blown 415"
Transmission: 4L80E
Axle/Gears: Strange 12-bolt
$58 BPW calc?
Looking through my latest scan and saw that BPW goes crazy sometimes
36mSec at idle and its the same when I drive.......
Seem like it has been doing this in all my $58 code scans, any hint whats causing it?

Note: tested the "finalburn.bin" from Bort62's page with same results..........
