Closed loop???

I have been running fine for the last few years, and recently my car does not go into Closed loop at Idle, only if I rev the engine up to 2500+ RPM will it go into Closed Loop...

My Closed loop temp is pretty low at 110° Is there also an RPM switch for CL???

I am thinking my O2 sensor might be the problem, but I am not sure... I am thinking about putting in a new O2 sensor since I threw code 13 while on the Highway on my way down to Dayton, OH from Flint MI.

Ask any questions if you need more info...

Thanks

When in doubt, first install a new A/C O2 sensor, and then proceed.
