Quick WOT AFR question...
in the %Change A/F vs RPM @ WOT tables (MAF here) will I want a negative value (14.7 - 1.2 = 13.5 afr) or a positive value to richen up the mixture?

Check this out. To get to the air fuel ratio you want, say 12.5:1, take where you are divided by where you want to go x100% -100%, i.e. 14.7/12.5*100%-100%=17.6% ADDED. The ECU calculates it this way (less directly, but it does, see the link, I did the math there using the ECU's equation).
There are a few ways to add fuel in Power Enrichment, 1st being PE %Fuel adder vs Temp, and also vs RPM. As long as your hack is reporting the percents correctly, you can just add them together to get the total PE (again, see the link, I had to fixe the $6E to be correct).
