Is the MAF byte value 16bit?

Is the MAF byte value 16bit?

I'm curious - the A20 datastream for the 302 $3A mask, shows the 22 and 23 bytes as the MAF Flow Rate... that's 2 bytes, or 16 bits. How are the two used to figure the MAF Flow Rate?

a you have a 8 bit a/d converter. the MCU 6803 in fact is 8 bit. i belive that one of those bytes if for some other function. but it is most definately an 8 bit system .
