Any ideas on what setting to use to make my PROM go to Open Loop at Idle, then go into Close Loop?

1956 Chev with 350 Ram Jet with lots of extras.
Computer system = 92 Camaro 1227730 oem prom AUJP using ecm_8d
or 8d$ TunerPro RT or TunerCat

Very large Cam
Map near 53kkPa at Idle
O2 mounted in large area of headers with lots of turblence and a/f ratio moving everywhere. No Exhaust leaks.

If no way to control Open / Close Loop at idle per driving the any other Ideas?
