Also, this morning, I noticed something odd, that I don't recall anyone mentioning before.
As, the off times got real short, the Scope readings got erratic. Instead of rail to rail injector on and off signals, they'd only dip down, to ~7 volts. I'm not going to say, it's an absolute, but it is what I saw on the scope. It might be something to do with the sampling rate of the scope, or it might be something about the RAM access/storage/updates. Just looks like another reason to avoid even going near static.

Although I've never heard of anything like what I'm about to suggest, maybe it only takes 5 volts to keep the injectors open, and keep the inj driver cool, in some sort of ECU protection mode. Sounds a little fishy though - so yeah, size your injectors correctly, and have a Merry Christmas.
