Wide band o2 sensor

I'm starting to get into prom burning and have been seeing some stuff about wb 02 sensors. Whats the deal with them ? Are the much more accurate ? they are really expensive and how do u go about hooking them up to the car do they go in just like the normal ones or do you have to do some custom stuff ?

I see this topic has been covered a lot on this board. For example check out the post from 12-07-2004 09:54 PM (DIY PROM > WB02 - What and Why?). Search around and you will find a lot more information.

In a nutshell; 1) they are much more accurate 2) they cost more 3) they will screw right into your stock exhaust fitting 4) they REQUIRE additional hardware to make them work.

Try Innovative Motorsports' unit, or Zeitronix, or numerous others that you can find either here, on Ebay, or by searching the web.
