730 swap, now code 33

Car: 1988 Formula
Engine: 355
Transmission: 6 speed
730 swap, now code 33
Did the 730 swap on my Firebird and now I have code 33. High voltage at map=low vacume. My scanner says the map is holding like .86v constantly. I have good ground to map and am getting steady 5v reference. Check the just the reference wire and it read .910 v and only changed within .001 I also get code 41. Need to get it running fine so I can pull motor. Help please......

Turns out I had C and B switched which is the ground and the map signal. On top of that the code 41 was because I had the stock memcal spun around on the moates adapter too. Me, the dingdong who caused all the problems was able to figure it out........
