open loop idle speed limiter.?

Is there such a thing? I'm using the AUJP. Cold idle will not reach the commanded rpm...

Yes, under the Super AUJP there's some comments about it, and how to defeat it.

I thought that was the "IN-GEAR idle speed limiter" ..
