evalutaing data
im new to the chip burnin scene n just need some hints on how to evaluate the data i gather.. im not sure wat i should be worried baout or wat to change to tune my car better.. a simple explenation of items would be helpful.
Try to ask more specific questions. you will get more help here than you could ever expect. read the stickies. use search. what are you trying to accomplish with your tuning efforts? is the car modded? if so to what extent? ETC ETC

ok for more detail basicly i think my knock count is alittle high?? and wanna know waht exactly to change for a correction.. also my mods are full 3" exhaust, open air element, and want to kno what should i change to get the most power out of the engine( the fuel & air aspect of tuning)
are you running a Cat? if so you need to run an A/F in PE that will allow it to function properly. you do not want to damage it. KC on startup is not that unusual. i get KC at startup. sometimes. i see new exhaust? is it possible the exhaust is rattling setting off the KC? looks like this log is OL? take a look at the CL fuel correction in your VE tables. winAlDl will not tell you much as far as the level of power you are getting nor the optimal A/F you are looking for. win aldl shows you sensor data and fuel corrections occurring. i am currently reapproaching VE tables due to a new cam. also watching my commanded idle speed vs IAC counts. was surging a bit 2 weeks ago but has stopped as i enrichened idle in CL.
