what am i doing wrong-burn1

Im trying to get the stock bin off of my chip with burn1. I read the chip and it says PROM I/O succeeded. I save the buffer to file and it says Bytes Written to file:4081. I open Tunerpro and load my 8063.ecu file that I got off of Moates site. I open my stock bin but all my values are zeros like its a blank bin. what am i doing wrong?

How do I figure out what I am supposed to have for addressing. Is there anywhere I can read about it? I got some numbers to show by my values are off. It has my base timing at like 45? I so confused lol
