Scanning

Scanning with Tunerpro RT (Autoprom also hooked up) and I notice that every time I start a session and connect, my idle drops from about 1,200 rpm to 800 rpm. This seems strange since my idle is set to 750. Why would it idle at 1200 when running on auotprom and then drop back to 800 when I start scanning?

I don't have a direct answer for you, however after you connect you should try putting the vertical switch back into the center position. This removes the 10K resistor and should restore the ECM to its normal operating mode.
