Proper offset for burning 29c256 for use on T31 148 code?

Proper offset for burning 29c256 for use on T31 148 code?
Well,
My order from Moates came in(thanks craig) and was wondering about what to do after I socket the spare 148 I have for a 29c256.
Not sure about the offsets I will have to use for burning chips on my Turbo Trans AM.....(running the T31 factory code)
Believe its only a 4k so what would that make the offsets be then?
