O2 signal quality question (logs included)

Engine: 305 TPI(427SB in progress) 730 $8D
Transmission: THM350 (Getting a 4L80E soon)
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt w/ 2.43 gears :(
O2 signal quality question (logs included)
Is this typical for an o2 signal or is it somewhat jagged. It is a heated 3 wire delco in the factory manifold location.

Looks like all the logs I have.
Its such a low level signal that any grounding issues with the ECM or even ignition noise can make it look like that.
I don't believe its anything to worry about.

I thought it was a grounding issue due to the fact the signal only drops into the upper 100's during decel fuel-cut while the wb reads free air o2 levels.

Normal.
The sampling rate of the scanner is much slower then the number of pulses going past it, so it's almost random as far as *where* in the pulse your reading.
On a good scope, and under the right conditions, you can see each cylinder firing, with a WB.
