0-60 times w/ WINALDL accuracy?

0-60 times w/ WINALDL accuracy?
Has anybody ever compared the accuracy of using WINALDL to check your 0-60 times.
Of two logs I made at WOT, I got 5.8 seconds and 6.4 seconds, so average about 6.1 seconds, if winaldl is accurate.

Given a 160 baud packet rate is on the order of < 1 packet per second, I'd guess it is highly inaccurate (at +/- 1 second).
