Code 43 possible causes?

1990 Chev IROC Code 43 will not go away.

What should I be looking for.

43. Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit

The above problem MAP cars don't have the EST box as the MAF cars. So what voltage should I be checking.

I think it might be something else, performance of the car seems good so it does not look like it is effecting it.

Any tips on what to look for to get this code to go away?

Is the single wire weatherpack plug (brown wire) disconnected for the distributor?

Not sure if it applies but code 43 on $8D (SD MAP car) is indicated for the spark advance knock test.
Your knock sensor may be the problem and is not giving a response to the added spark during the test.
Might want to check it out and see if is changing when detecting knock. Do some datalogging while accelerating hard and see if any knock counts are showing up. If there are none then it possibly needs to be replaced.
From looking at the code values, the detected voltage levels should be between 3.54 Volts maximum and 1.41 Volts minimum during the test to NOT set the error.
The resistance of the knock sensor changes when knock is detected to control the voltage level.
