stable tps and large variations in A/F

have not tuned much this year due to car in body shop and WB failure.

got it up and runnin and am logging quite often now.

chasing a tune with below cam and increased FP from 13 to 17.5 early summer.

TPS shows a normal range in log of .52 up to 4.54 V with good definition in V.

WB02 shows(new sensor) stable TPS V cruise(same on NB per winALDL) or idle yet a large variance of A/F. runs like 18-20.5 A/F cycling up/down on A/F. .60 V idle shows 20/22 A/F again cycling on graph almost consistent on cycle.

winALDL shows BLMS at 124-134 depending on environmental air temp and heat sink of manifold.

ran 3 bins OL as trying to get richer A/F that i cannot get CL. with winALDL data i am still showing lean A/F even though i believe i enrichened VE tables by 5-10-15% that were producing blms 124-134 previously. not yet checked last bin by going CL but WB still shows 16/17/1 in cruise and same in idle(OL). it appears i need more fuel in VE.

another situation has deleloped this morn. with choke on i see a dark exhaust i have neveer seen before(OL) and A/F showing 45/1. that tells me very rich on startup as WB cannot read A/F as it had before(12/1). when choke times out exhaust is clear and OL A/F goes 16/17/1 first running of day.

comments?

i feel enrichening my VE tables will help with AE transitions. getting a minor stumble due to delay of AE not quantity or duration

cams got some overlap. its always going to look a bit lean on the wideband at idel and part throttle.

well i ran CL on that tune and found BLM's from 114-126. i attempted to adjust them to approx 122 accross the VE tables and burned a OL chip. reason beeing i want a rich VE so that it helps my AE issue. result is 14.0/1 at idle and 16.0/16.9/1 at cruise. AE is getting better. now i feel i can adjust the AE/TPS without a lean underlying VE table affecting it. all my prior tunes(2 years) were possibly lean cept PE was OK.

a side note. the A/F is stable. very stable. my prior logs showed a sine(?) wave of A/F and todays logs will be rock solid. AE on moderate accell is like 13.9/1 and brisk about 13.0/1. still a slight stumble on a gradual invoke of AE. i am thinking my setup will possibly not be able to overcome that due to lack of venturi velocity at tip in(i need more CID).

is it possinle my BOSCH NB 02(2 years old) is just crap yet working. Delco or Nenso? or just run OL ?
