Just wondering if anyone found a way to mount the computer using the existing wiring, and still being able to get to the prom?
I tried remote- mounting the zif- prom shielded, and only 9" long ribbon cable, and it didn't work. I'd just like to get the computer off the floor.

I have some old djsexy kick panels that are fiberglass and stick out a few inchs to house my speackers. My ecm was flipped so the wires are up top and the ecm access cover is pointing down and towards the passenger. It's only down enough to give you access to the prom.
I bet this could be done with some zip ties, velcro or other means of fastening.
