Clear Codes 730

I have been playing with this in TP but have not had any luck.

To make this work I'm not sure of what the message length should be. The "56" was the value in an old file but don't believe it is correct. The other commands use the formula at the bottom.
I have the locations of the error words above.
Anybody figure this one out yet?
