'730 $88 V6 Vats?
I loaded 730_ATTA.ecu under TunerPro - is 'User Option word 6B5 - Bit 3 - VATS' the bit to enable.disable VATS under the AZTY bin?

Yep, looks good to me. Please note that AZTY is an automatic transmission bin (latest and greatest). The bin BAWX is the latest and greatest stick tranny bin. . .
Being that AZTY is FED only, and BAWX is FED and CALI, a mix of the two may be the best bet for the SunShine state.

Sounds good... just need to bypass the starter enable then, and all's good
