TCC Lock and Unlock problems

TCC Lock and Unlock problems
Im having problem with my convertor lockup. I had it working fine user TP RT but since my last few burns its not doing what im telling it to do.
Low gear lock=30
high gear lock =40
Low gear unlock=28
high gear unlock=38
Its now not locking in high or low until 38. Also when its locked in third an then goes into fourth it unlocks for about 3 seconds before it will relock. It used to stay locked in the 3-4 gear change. I have changed me TPS% lock and unlock table but it still has a lockup delay once it goes into fourth. I used the previos burn settings to try and ifx it but i still have the same problem.
Do i need to try a different .xdf file?

Mine was doing something similar and it turned out that the connector on the outside of the transmission housing was loose. Cleaned the connection with electronics cleaner, added some dielectric grease, then put it back togather. Works fine now.

I had the EXACT same problem as Fast355. Also, the parameters you are changing are not the only thing controlling the TCC. Check this out:

Well i put my stock memcal back in with an AFXB(i think) it is doing wonderfully. I even like the stock tune over the Super AUJP. I didnt know until i started tuning, i was running a Hypercrap chip and i didnt realize how AWFULL is was until i got the stock BIN back in. The convertor is running great. Im actuall looking for an AFXB to tune off of. Thanks for the help and im fixing to read the srtical yuo just posted.
