AFS 105 Delco Heated Oxygen Sensor, Whats the Difference?

I came across a new AC Delco AFS105 oxygen sensor for free. I was just wondering what the difference is between it and the AFS74. I've read a couple of posts stateing that the AFS74 is tuned to the GM PID. I did a search but found no information. The biggest thing i could find is that one is 3 wire and the other is 4 wire. Are there any other differences? Thanks for any help.

4th wire might be a separate sensor ground so you don't have to rely on the ground path throught the exhaust for readings.
Not 100% but a good guess.

So, it's just an extra ground. That's what i was wondering. Thanks.
