noob tunner with question?

a few question guys im new to the tunning world, ive had my new motor in for about a month now and have a chip from tbichips.com, its not perfect but it makes the truck run, but anyways im going to order some tuning equipment from moates.net so i can get this thing running right. my first question is when i start this thing
up it idles like crap, sounds as if it has a huge cam in it(the cam in it isnt that big, only around .450 lift and 112 lsa), then it levels out after a good 30 seconds. i need to know do i need more or less fuel durning start up and do i need more or less spark during start up?
My other problem is the engine sort of bogs or hesitates from
a dead stop, if u are at a stop light and u try to take off it will bog down at first, just only when u barly touch the peddle to get yourself moving, then it is fine through out the rest of the
rpm range. I also need to know do i need more or less fuel hear and would more or less spark help hear?

thank guys

You'll have to use a scan cable and see what the datalogs are doing to solve your idle and bogging problems.

That's once you're sure that there aren't any mechanical problems..
