Do these numbers look ok?

Im new at the winaldl thing and wanted to know if my numbers looked ok. I didnt get anything in the red and i wasnt throwing codes. The problem i have been having with my car is that after warm up when i try to accelerate is violently jerks the car like it wants to stall. Someone told me i should try this but i dont really know too much about the numbers. The following flags were checked.

blm enable
idle/cool
reference pulse occured
closed loop
air divert solenoid on
no a/c requested
rich flag
