What inputs does CCC Qjet need to run closed loop
Hi guys, I was just over reading posts in the carb forum and wanted to hurt myself after reading what some people "understand" about how cars work. Which is why I'm back here. I was thinking about using a CCC Qjet on a TPI motor for a little while until I set it back up with TPI. Does anyone have a detailed wiring diagram for an 82-85 3rd gen w / CCC Qjet? What inputs do I need to feed the computer so it will happily run closed loop? Is there any way to datalog w/ a CCC Qjet? Just to make sure it is not doing something weird. I am almost tempted to forget the CCC QJet and just run a manual one. If EFI has a problem I get enough data at 8192 baud to figure out what is going on. The computer controlled carbed setups scare me.
This should get you the wiring diagram.

Also you shouldn't let the CCC scare you. It is the same type of timing as the EFI and the computer controls the jet "size". Works pretty much like a normal carb except for the closed loop variation of the primary metering area. WinALDL will log CCC if the cable is modded correctly.
