Datalogged WOT.. advice?

Just wondering if anyone has any advice.
Looks like it is REALLY rich at WOT even in the higher RPMS. I am using the 89' vette ARAP file with the wideband02 hack. I have the Innovate LC-1 tapped into my ecm to datalog. The Wideband AFR shows up in the "Target AFR" cell.
I thought I would be really lean at WOT but I guess not? But it does look like it goes pretty lean for a split second as I am pressing the throttle down.
Anyway, here is a graph/log.
Also have no idea why I'm getting so much knock retard/knock count at the lower rpms. I'm thinking it might be the aldl diagnostic mode or???

This should be able to be opened with Excel.

Thanks

Ditch ARAP's timing table for your stock table until you figure out where all those knock counts are coming from. You are not maxing out the MAF, which is also odd with your combo, so raise the commanded AFR using the PE vs. RPM table.
