EBL - Should I use a 7747 or 8746 & Ostrich Question?

My EBL arrvied today. I have both ECMs available and they have been modified with the HAM to support a 84 Corvette. My question is should I install the EBL board on my 7747 or my 8746?

One more question, is there anything special that needs to be done to my Ostrich eg jumper settings inorder to support EBL?

In case any one is interested I have a 84 Corvette, presently using the XRam and it is a mild 383 build. I can post engine specs if needed.

I would use whichever ECM doesn't run as good as the other. IOW, if the '8746 code runs better then the '7747, use the '7747 for the EBL.

If the Ostrich has a 24/28 pin jumper(s), set them for 28 pin.

RBob.

I have not tried the 8746 yet. I guess I will try that one first and see how it goes.
