Accel variable injector controller

Anyone ever hear of or use this thing? I just heard about it...

It's supposed to work with GM batch fire ECMs (among others) and allow individual cylinder control on the fuel trimming.

Question is, does it permanently alter the injector output? For instance, if I tune the #5 cylinder 10% less at idle, does it stay 10% less all throughout the RPM range? I'd call Accel directly about this, but they're closed for the weekend. Wanted to see if anyone here has heard about it.

It looks to be a universal adjustment, but it probably would make lots of aftermarket manifolds perform a bit better. It would also be a great troubleshooting device. I want one just for fun!
