New Problem w/aldl cable is working but the pcm is not connected

Read through all the other posts....but my problemis different. I am getting this error message ONLY when one of my chip is in the memcal (and the car is running on the chip) replace it with the stock chip and everything links just fine? I do not think the car is in limp home mode. Any ideas?

read the stock chip and burn a copy of it to one of your chips. load that chip into the ecm.

if you still get an error/problem, then something is wrong in your chip burning process (wrong prom, burner is bad, etc.)
