AE Question - Wideband Graph Included

Alright, This is a throttle stab from idle to 3rd gear.
I have a yank 3400 stall.
The spots marked "B" are upshifts.
Few questions;
1. My main question is: Is the box marked "A" the whole AE Cycle or did the ae cycle end where the afr spiked down to 11.1 in 0.25 seconds? I'm thinking its the whole box marked "A" because it shows a 'decay' which I am assuming is the AE Decay. I have the decay rate set slightly longer as I was testing some stuff out.
2. When I load the converter up (brake stall) the AFR doesnt spike down to 11:1 it just pretty much goes up to around 15:2~ then decays down to PE. I am assuming I have enough TPS AE and not enough LV8(load) because of this. Am I correct?
I know my initial AE is set a little high, since it goes down to 11:1 and I get a slight hesitation.
Thanks
Mike
